You must choose. Kurzicks or Luxon. If you choose Kurzicks, then you must obtain 10,000 faction points for the Kurzicks. You do this by doing all of the quests that the Kurzicks give you (max is 10,000 points, so no overflow).
DO NOT DO QUESTS FOR BOTH! Do one or the other, do not do both quests (Luxons and Kurzicks), because you will lose faction points from the other side (min is 0 faction points).
Spirits are worth a lot.
Shelter - defense
Union - defense
Both are similar to Protection spells (bonding) provided by Monks, but cannot be stripped and affects all allies.
Pain - does damage
Disenchant - removes enchantments from enemies, like Spellbreaker and Obsidean Flesh
Dissonance or something - interupts each time it hits
Life - heals allies in area for x amount for each second it exists (upto 30 seconds)
Recouperation - global mending for all allies in area
Destruction - does x damage for every second it exists to all enemies in area (upto 30 seconds I think)
Are you telling me that these spirits and others like them are useless?
Don't forget, Boon of Creation (non-elite) and Exlosive Growth (non-elite) gives energy and health and damage to enemies near spirits summoned. So when you summon Pain or Life, etc. you can gain energy, health and deal damage. What's not to like about spirits?
Remember to take a Sig of Capture, as there are different bosses scattered throught that jungle area.
